It's now been proven that there's nothing better than whole food nutrition. Vitamins and minerals are being shown more and more as destructive to health. More people are getting sick on vitamins and minerals then they are healthy.

This picture has changed drastically since the release of two New England Journal of Medicine studies regarding vitamins. Interestingly they were funded by Merck and Glasgow pharmaceudicals.

The study found that vitamin and mineral tablets and/or capsules are 85% non digestible. In addition, what is digested turns into chemicals that are not well assimilated into the body.

 The result was said to be "an oddity unlike anything we thought of previously". Vitamins were seen turning into odd proteins and some minerals were turning into foreign entities as solids which were nearly impossible for the body to eliminate. The study went on to state, "we cannot see how any minerals of any kind taken in this manner could be effective, healthful, or beneficial...."

These studies go a very long way toward the substantiation of years of our studies and research into the benefits of whole food nutrition. Our whole food nutrition has absolutely none of the issues associated with fractionated vitamins and minerals. Through our use of pure foods the body has the highest degree of assimiliation possible.
