Most of us are playing catchup regarding our diet due to modern living. Everywhere we turn there are temptations of excess and ease regarding dietary consumption. These foods will nurish cells to grow, fight disease, and continue your body to be stable and healthy. Unfortunately the body does no operate on the concept of 'garbage in - garbage out' because if we consume poor quality foods then our body will house what it cannot process in various organs. The inability to eliminate bodily toxins results in illness and disease. Cleaning up the diet is essential to healthy living.
