Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email our support center (support@nutritional-life.com) within 15 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions.

NO RETURNS ON BARS AND REFRIGERATED ITEMS. We check expiration dates before shipping bars, to ensure items are fresh.

During the hot weather months, or anytime the temperature will be above 70 degrees, we recommend you select the Express Shipping Option for heat sensitive items. This option will help ensure your heat sensitive items will arrive intact and un-melted. You must select the Express Shipping Option to guarantee delivery and to be issued a refund or credit for melted or perishable items. Without the Express Shipping Option shipping method, no orders will be replaced, refunded or credited if they arrive melted or damaged due to hot weather above 70 degrees. Please remember to take into account the time in transit and possible path your package may take. You don't want your package sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend or on your hot porch waiting for you to come home. Please make sure someone is available to accept your package when it arrives. The Express Shipping option will be presented during the checkout process.

This guarantee not valid for orders shipped outside the US, to APO addresses or when the Express Shipping package is refused.

Products cannot be returned if the only reason is that you do not like a particular item. We take extensive measures to ensure freshness of our products to maximize nutritional value. However, if you believe a product is spoiled, do not consume the product and do NOT open additional packages/containers of the product. Contact customer support (support@nutritional-life.com) for information about product and actions to take.

NO RETURNS ON SKIN OR DENTAL CARE PRODUCTS. Sales are Final - No Returns or Exchanges

Unopened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, minus a re-stocking fee (see below). All items returned must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging. Products must be shipped back to Nutritional-Life at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer and should be tracked by the customer to ensure receipt. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

RE-STOCKING FEES. There is a 25% restocking fee for the return of all product.
