A rich, chocolatey breakfast that can be prepared the night before and enjoyed straight from the fridge. These overnight oats combine fibre-rich seeds, protein from collagen, and antioxidant-rich cacao to support steady energy throughout the morning.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 2-3 tbsp gluten-free oats
    1 tbsp ground flaxseed
    1 tbsp chia seeds
    1 tbsp hemp seeds
    1 tbsp raw cacao powder
    2 tbsp collagen peptides
    ½ tsp vanilla extract
    Pinch sea salt
    ½ tsp cinnamon
    180 ml unsweetened cashew milk

    To serve

    1 tbsp coconut milk yoghurt (live culture)
    A handful of raspberries
    85% dark chocolate, a little shaved for decoration

Method

  1. In a jar or bowl combine oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cacao powder, collagen peptides, cinnamon and sea salt.

  2. Add vanilla extract and cashew milk.

  3. Stir well until everything is fully combined.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  5. In the morning stir well, adding a splash of milk if needed to loosen the texture.

  6. Top with coconut yoghurt, berries and shaved dark chocolate before serving.

Batch Making & Storage

You can easily make 3–4 portions at once and store them in sealed glass containers in the fridge. They’ll keep well for up to 4 days. Give each jar a good stir before eating, and add the yoghurt and raspberries in the morning. This makes breakfast quick, balanced and ready to go — even on busy days.
