These gluten-free breakfast bars are made to give you steady energy without a sugar crash.
Why This Chia Pudding Works
Chia seeds – Rich in fibre to support digestion and help you feel fuller for longer. They also help slow down the release of sugar into the bloodstream.
Ground flaxseed – Supports regular bowel movements and helps your body clear excess hormones naturally.
Coconut kefir – Provides beneficial bacteria to support gut health, immunity and mood. A dairy-free option that’s gentle on digestion.
Banana – Adds natural sweetness, potassium and energy without needing added sugar.
Passion fruit – High in fibre and antioxidants to support gut health and reduce inflammation.
How to Turn This Into a Fully Balanced Breakfast
Adding two boiled eggs and a small side salad transforms this into a complete, blood sugar-balanced meal. The eggs provide high-quality protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied and support steady energy, while the salad adds extra fibre and nutrients for digestion and hormone balance. Together, this combination helps prevent mid-morning crashes and cravings, keeping you full and focused for hours.

Batch Making & Storage
You can easily make 3–4 portions at once and store them in sealed glass jars in the fridge. They’ll keep well for up to 4 days. Give each jar a good stir before eating, and add the banana and passion fruit fresh in the morning. This makes breakfast quick, balanced and ready to go — even on busy days.
